Most of my work focused on the BuySmarter project - empowering generic drug campaigns - where I helped solve complex product challenges through quick wins, usability and user journey improvements based on data-driven design.

I also supported the MT Finance team by co-leading +15 stakeholder interviews, analyzing requirements, mapping user journeys for the internal budgeting processes, and delivering insights to improve understanding across departments.
