Overview
Progress Systems is a technology provider powering digital banking for 200+ credit unions across Ireland and the UK. I led end-to-end UX/UI design and front-end development across web and mobile banking platforms — building a modular design system that let each credit union apply its own brand without rebuilding from scratch.
The Challenge
With 200+ clients on the same platform, every new implementation was a custom build from zero. Branding was inconsistent, the codebase had no shared foundation, and legacy theme migrations were done manually — making the operation slow, expensive, and hard to scale.

1. Web Banking & Themes
- Designed and front-end developed 20+ responsive website themes (HTML5, SASS, CSS3)
- Established a modular design system using atomic design principles
- Standardised SASS as the core styling framework with reusable components and documentation
- Delivered annotated style guides and redlined assets to ensure pixel-perfect builds
- Produced 30+ marketing assets — banners, flyers, and launch collateral
2. Mobile Banking
- Led the interface redesign of Mobile Banking v2
